Our loose leaf Chai tea is a combination of Assam black tea leaves, cinnamon bark, cardamom pods, whole cloves, black peppercorns, and ginger. Steep 1 teaspoon in water or milk heated to 195° F for 3-5 minutes.

If you want to enjoy a second cup, you can steep the same serving a second time for 10 minutes.
