Whether you are a person with a menstrual cycle, or you just want to be more aligned with lunar or divine feminine energy, these teas use herbs that traditionally align with the 4 phases of this cycle. As some of them can have energizing effects, it may be best to consume them in the morning.
If you don't menstruate, begin with Flower Power during the new moon, and transition into the next phase about every 7 days until you are back to the new moon.
Each jar contains 6 servings. Servings are 1 tsp per 8 oz. One card is included with each set to align each tea with the appropriate phase. For now, this is the only size the teas are available. Full bags can be purchased in custom orders until they are kept in stock regularly.
